Tucked away in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by the rolling fields of the Bronte countryside, Daisy Cottage forms part of a former stone barn and stable built around 200 years ago. This cosy little cottage, all on ground floor level, provides a perfect hideaway for two. It has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard (awarded 4 stars by English Tourism Council), with lots of character retained in original beams, pine floors and a large feature fireplace with cosy electric stove. An attractive private courtyard garden, complete with patio furniture, adds to the charm.
Haworth village (home of the Bronte sisters) is on the hillside, less than half a mile away, where a visit to the Bronte Parsonage is a must. The Keighley and Worth Valley steam Railway also runs from Haworth Train Station. The old market town of Skipton (Gateway to the Dales) with its medieval castle, still intact to this day, is a short drive away and there are a wealth of stately homes in the area, East Riddlesden Hall,, Harewood House, Bolton Abbey and Fountains Abbey to name but a few. There are also many local countryside walks and the whole of the Dales National Park is easily accessible.
Prices range from £ 150 - £ 240 per week depending on season and are fully inclusive of gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
